Ninewin account access starts from the login button on the desktop site and in the mobile interface. On PC, the form opens in a separate window and asks for your registered email or username and password. On mobile, the same fields appear inside the app-style menu, so you can sign in without switching pages.
You need an active Ninewin account to enter the personal area. If you don’t have one, the system sends you to registration first, and only then unlocks account tools like balance, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses. If you forget your password, the reset link on the login form restores access through the email tied to your profile.
Open the official Ninewin site or app, tap “Log in,” then enter the email or phone number you registered with and your password. If the page keeps looping, switch off any VPN/ad blocker and reload once.
Re-enter it with caps lock off and check you’re using the same login method you signed up with (email vs phone). If it still fails, use “Forgot password” and set a new one from the reset link or code.

Clear cookies for the Ninewin site (or reinstall the app), then log in again and avoid private/incognito mode. This logout loop also happens when you’re signed in on another device and the session gets refreshed, so log out elsewhere if needed.
On a personal phone with a lock screen, staying logged in is fine, but log out on shared devices and don’t save passwords in public browsers. Turn on two-step verification if it’s available in your account settings.
